FAQ

No, Toritsu is only an intermediary with the Japanese market. Items are ordered from our suppliers directly after each order.

Items are purchased directly from our suppliers in the local Japanese market, either in person or online. In all cases, items are meticulously inspected to meet our quality criteria.

The displayed stocks are theoretical stocks calculated by an algorithm that studies availability on the Japanese market. As a precaution, the indicated stocks are significantly lower than actual market stocks, to never sell products we wouldn't be able to deliver.

Toritsu ships from Japan within approximately 1 to 2 weeks of your order.

The displayed sales prices do not include any potential customs fees. As a reminder, shipments from Japan are likely to be taxed upon entry into the European Union (mainly 20% VAT if your order exceeds 150 euros, as well as handling fees charged by the carrier).

Prices are defined by an algorithm that studies the Japanese market. They are updated daily to best reflect Japanese prices. The final price represents the Japanese price converted to euros, plus various fees and Toritsu's margin.

All cards sold on Toritsu are in 'near-mint' condition. In other words, they are in very good condition, but this doesn't guarantee they are without any flaws. We are meticulous when sourcing from the Japanese market, but your card may still have minor defects, such as white spots, slightly damaged edges/corners, printing defects, etc.

We offer three shipping levels from Japan Post: Standard (regular letter for cards only, no tracking, max 60€ value), ePacket (tracked and insured up to 6000 JPY, slower than EMS), and EMS (priority handling, full tracking, and full insurance). We highly recommend EMS for high-value orders.
