Legal Obligations
Status: Toritsu is a service managed as a Kojin Jigyo in Japan.

Payment
All payments are due within 7 days. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to block your account. Payments are managed by Paypal; we do not have access to your bank information.
Shipping of Orders
Orders are sent within 7 days, excluding weekends and Japanese holidays. In case of popular item releases, new orders must be placed and delays can extend up to 14 days. If this type of delay is expected, you will be notified by email. Shipments are made from Japan via Japan Post with EMS or International ePacket.
Items Lost During Transport
If you chose EMS or Yamato shipping, we can refund your purchases after the carrier's investigation. This can take several weeks and we cannot promise the procedure will work. No refund or recourse is possible for packages sent via International ePacket or simple letter, as they are not insured.
Damaged Items
If upon receipt the package/letter appears damaged, we recommend taking a photo or video to serve as proof for a potential claim with your country's delivery service. In case of external damage, Toritsu cannot be held responsible; the claim must be filed with the delivery service.
